More than goats eating weeds.
Targeted grazing means using livestock intentionally to manage selected vegetation toward a goal for your property. We start by understanding what is growing, what you want to change, and what the site needs.
Then we develop an approach, create manageable paddocks with portable electric fencing, and strategically manage and move the herd. We monitor the goats and site conditions throughout the work and evaluate the results with your goals in mind.

We look at vegetation, your goals, access, terrain, water, and animal safety.

Build a grazing plan
We agree on a practical scope, timing, and approach for your site.

Set the paddock
Portable electric fencing creates a manageable grazing area. We plan how to protect plants and spaces you want to keep.

Let the goats work
The herd browses while we monitor animal welfare, vegetation, and site conditions.

Move and repeat as appropriate
We move the herd strategically as each section is ready. The plan responds to the land and the goats.

Evaluate the results
We review progress and discuss whether another grazing visit or complementary follow-up management makes sense.

Is My Property a Fit?
You don’t need a large acreage to start a conversation. We welcome small residential and backyard projects as well as larger sites up to approximately five acres.
Suitability depends on the vegetation, access, terrain, safe containment, and your goals—not acreage alone. Tell us about pets, nearby roads, plants to protect, known hazards, and recent herbicide use. We’ll work through the details with you.

Will one visit permanently remove weeds?
One pass is vegetation management, not a guarantee of permanent weed eradication. Regrowth is possible. Depending on the plants and your goals, repeated grazing or complementary follow-up management may be appropriate. We’ll discuss realistic expectations as part of your plan.
